Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • The client is responsible for the return shipping charges, except in cases of an order mistake on our part or a defective product.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of your return authorization email. Any returns received back to our warehouse, later than 28 days after the date you received your package, will only be eligible for store credit or an exchange.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
  • A one-time $10 shipping and restocking fee, will be deducted from the refund. 


You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size is possible in the same 14 day window. The items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

Once the returned items have been received, your exchange will be sent out. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
