Shipping policy
Processing & Delivery Times
All orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST are processed the next business day
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
Once shipped, delivery timelines are based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 2–7 business days after shipment
- Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery options are available at checkout
Please note that shipping speed refers to transit time after your order has been processed and shipped, not from the time the order is placed.
Expedited / Next Day Shipping
For next day delivery:
- Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day
- Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the following business day
While we prioritize expedited orders, delivery timelines are ultimately dependent on the carrier and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.
Shipping Delays
We work closely with our warehouse and shipping partners to ensure timely delivery. However, delays can occasionally occur.
If expedited shipping is selected and not fulfilled as expected, we will refund the expedited shipping cost.
Holidays & Warehouse Closures
Our warehouse is closed on the following dates, and orders will not be processed or shipped on these days:
- April 3, 2026 (Good Friday)
- May 25, 2026 (Memorial Day)
- July 3, 2026 (Independence Day Observed)
- September 7, 2026 (Labor Day)
- November 26–27, 2026 (Thanksgiving)
- December 24–25, 2026 (Christmas Holiday)
- December 31, 2026 & January 1, 2027 (New Year’s)
Orders placed on or around these dates may experience processing delays.
